EXHIBITOR CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PREMIER WEDDING EXPO (2007) LTD (The Company putting on
the "THE PREMIER WEDDING EXPO" shall be referred to as PWE.)
All contracts and deposits will be handled in order of
SITE PLACEMENT. Consideration will be given to the exhibitors' needs;
fi nal booth placement is at the discretion of PWE.
Placing advertising materials or equipment, or soliciting in the
aisles or any area other than the space allotted is strictly
forbidden. No exhibitor shall obstruct aisles, common areas,
or neutral space between the booths with his/her goods or in any
other manner. PWE must be notifi ed of the use of special backdrops
30 days prior to the show. Any exhibit over 2.3
metres high must have prior written approval by PWE.
SET-UP AND BREAKDOWN. Your booth must be completed 1 hour prior to
the show, and PWE reserves the right to re-allocate exhibit space not
occupied by this time. In that
case monies paid to PWE for that expo will be forfeited. All exhibits
must be taken down within 4 hours following the close of the show.
NO booth may be taken down prior to the expo closing time.
TRANSFER OF SPACE. Your booth is solely for your use and may not be
subleased to any individual.
LIABILITY. PWE is not responsible for any liability connected with
the acceptance or the use of any exhibitor by anyone choosing their
product or service. The exhibitor agrees to
indemnify and hold harmless PWE, the show, its producer, management,
expo site, agents and employees from any and all claims, causes of
action, and suits arising out of or resulting
from any damage, injury, or loss to any persons, including, but not
limited to persons to whom the exhibitor may be liable under New
Zealand Law and exhibitor him/herself,
and from any loss, damage, cause of action, claims or suits from
damages, including, but not limited to loss of property, goods,
wares, or merchandise, caused by, arising out of, or
in any way connected with the exercise by the exhibitor of privileges
granted herein. Exhibitor should take steps necessary to insure
himself/herself against any such loss, and if requested,
exhibitor will provide proof of business liability insurance. In any
policy of insurance obtained by exhibitor regarding this show,
exhibitor shall name PWE as an additional
insured. Exhibitor will make good any damage to the building or fi
xtures caused by exhibitor or any of exhibitors' agents or employees.
Exhibitors are responsible for any loss of
their equipment and/or display material resulting from accidental
breakage, misplacement, theft, fi re, or natural disaster.
CANCELLATION BY EXHIBITOR. All cancellation requests must be made in
writing prior to the show. If a cancellation is necessary within 30
days of the show, the booth fee
is non-refundable and any remaining balance is still owed and
collectible by PWE, if a cancellation is made prior to this time your
booking fee all monies paid will be refunded less
your booking fee which is non-refundable and non transferable.
GENERAL. Should any question arise, whether provided for in these
conditions or not, the decision of PWE shall be fi nal.
